Structural Integration, also known as Rolfing®, is a form is soft tissue bodywork that promotes well being by enhancing the body's pattern of organization.
The goal is to balance the body in gravity which enables you to function at successively higher levels of efficiency, coordination, movement, balance,
strength, flexibility, and ease.
“I send my patients to Structural Integration sessions as it is a whole body approach rather than treating symptoms”.

What Structural Integration can do for you ...
• Release the body from lifelong patterns of tension.• Relieve chronic strain - allowing the muscles to be more efficient.
• Relieve back, neck and joint pain.
• Realign and balance the body in gravity.
• Improve posture.
• Increase vitality.
How does Structural Integration work?
Structural Integration works by re-sculpting the body's fascial network. Fascia is the "web-like" envelope that holds the muscles, tendons, organs and ligaments in place inside the body. Over time we develop non effective holding patterns, due to poor posture, an injury, trauma, accidents or stress. This leads to the fascia becoming dense and fibrous, which inhibits the body from moving freely.
As a result of Structural Integration therapy, the thickened and toughened tissues become soft, re-hydrated and more pliable. Structural Integration changes the body’s patterns, and it organises the imbalances in the tissue, therefore shifting the weight and balancing the body more evenly in gravity, giving the muscles the ability to relax and loosen, leaving a more upright and balanced posture with greater flexibility, range of motion and ease in movement.
Sessions last from one to one hour fifteen minutes.
The cost is $120.00.
