Gentle Yoga This class lasts only 1 hr and goes through the basics of yoga as a pace that is slower. Suitable for people who are recovering from injury or are at a later stage of life and need more time to move between the poses.
Pregnancy Pre bookings only. To attend you must be past the 16th week of your pregnancy and attending one other class in the school.
