Satyananda Yoga®provides a systematic approach, accessible to all. Classes include a balanced program of yogasana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). The emphasis is towards a meditative approach and the spiritual aspects of yoga.
Classes are taught by Nadarupa (David Rawsthorne), an accredited Satyananda Yoga® teacher who has practised and taught yoga since 1995. Before moving to New Zealand he taught yoga and meditation at the London Satyananda Yoga Centre.
